Forward a Port on the Ambit U10C037 router

Find The Port Forwarding Section of the Ambit U10C037

You begin on the Home page of the Ambit U10C037 router. To forward a port, click the link at the top of the page labeled GATEWAY.

This opens a new list in the left sidebar. Pick the option of Forwarding under the heading of Advanced Gateway Setup.

Configure the Port Forwarding section of your Ambit U10C037

Now to forward a port, make the following changes:

You are now on the correct page to forward a port. Starting on the left, in the Local IP box, enter the LAN IP Address of the computer you are forwarding these ports to.

Next, if you are forwarding one port, you need to enter that number in the Internal Port box, the Ext Start Port box, and the Ext End Port box.

If you are forwarding a range of ports, enter the lowest number in the range in the Internal Port box, and the Ext Start Port box. Enter the highest number of the range in the Ext End Port box.

Then, use the Protocol drop down menu to choose the type of protocol you want to use when forwarding this port or ports.

Tick the box titled Enable.

That's all there is to it, simply click the Apply button at the bottom of the page before exiting.

Test if Your Ports are Open

Now that you have forwarded ports on the Ambit U10C037 you should test to see if your ports are forwarded correctly.
