If you have been trying to login to the Jensen-Scandinavia WebLink-39300 router without success you might need to consider a reset. This reset is not the same thing as a reboot. When you reboot a router you cycle the power to the unit. When you reset a router you take all the settings you have ever changed and return them to factory defaults.

Warning: When considering a reset you need to consider other options first. A reset like this one is a big step. It is also a good idea to create a list of all the settings you may of changed in the past. Some of these settings are:

  • The router's main username and password.
  • The WiFi SSID and password.
  • If this is a DSL router you need to re-enter the ISP or Internet Service Provider username and password. Call your ISP for these details.
  • Have you made any other changes to this router. If so make sure to write these down so you can remember to reconfigure them later.
