The first thing that you need to know in order to login to your router is it's Internal IP Address. This can be confusing because all routers have 2 IP addresses: an Internal IP Address, and an External IP Address. You only need to think about the Internal IP Address for now. You should check this list and try every combination on your router. If you try all of the username/password combinations and still cannot get logged in, then the next step is to contact your ISP and see if they know.
