The first thing that you need to know in order to login to your router is it's Internal IP Address. This is confusing because routers have 2 IP addresses: an Internal IP Address, and an External IP Address. For now, you need to focus on the Internal IP Address. Be sure to try every combination of username and password from this list in your router. If you try all of the username/password combinations and still cannot get logged in, then the next step is to contact your ISP and see if they know.
