Have you been trying to login to the Flextronics DNA-A211-I router and are unable to. If you have exhausted your troubleshooting options you may need to reset the Flextronics DNA-A211-I router back to factory defaults.

There is a lot of justifiable confusion with the word reset. What are you doing when you reset a router? Router manufacturers use the word to mean a reboot and a factory restore. In this guide when I use the word reboot I am referring to a cycle in the power to the unit. When I use the word reset I am referring to a complete factory restore of all the settings. This means every single setting you have ever changed on your device is erased and returned to how it was from the factory.

Warning: This is a big step in troubleshooting your problem. Be careful when you reset the Flextronics DNA-A211-I router. Do you know what settings will need to be reconfigured afterwards? Settings that will need to be reconfigured are:

  • Passwords and usernames for the router and Wireless network.
  • Passwords and usernames for the ISP if you have DSL. To find out what these are you need to call your local Internet Service Provider.
  • Any other settings you have changed such as IP addresses or port forwards need to be reconfigured.
