We have 6 Intracom models in our database, including the JetSpeed 500, JetSpeed 500i, jetSpeed 520 and jetSpeed 520i. Most of them use 192.168.1.1 as the default IP address, and the default login is admin / admin. This page has the default IP address and login for each model we know of.
How to Log In to an Intracom Router
- Connect a computer or phone to the router, with a network cable or over WiFi.
- Type http://192.168.1.1 into your browser's address bar. If nothing loads, try the other addresses in the table below.
- Sign in with the default username and password from the table below (admin / admin is the most common).

If the Default Login Doesn't Work
Someone has probably changed the password. Check the label on the router, then factory reset it: with the router on, hold the Reset button (often a pinhole, so use a paperclip) for about 10 to 30 seconds, then let go. That puts back the default login above, and also erases your WiFi and Internet settings. See How To Reset Your Router.
