Find Your Netgear AC2400 Router IP Address
In order to login to the Netgear AC2400 router, we need to know it's internal IP address.

You may have to try using a few different IP addresses from the list above. Just pick one and then follow the rest of this guide.
If the IP address you picked does not seem to work, then simply try a different one. I will not hurt anything to try different IP addresses.
If you try all of the above IP addresses and still cannot find your router, then do one of the following:

Choose an internal IP Address using one of the above methods and then try to login to your router.
Login to the Netgear AC2400 Router
Your Netgear AC2400 router has a web interface. You need to use a web browser to manage it, such as Chrome, Edge, or Firefox.
Enter Netgear AC2400 Internal IP Address
Put the internal IP Address of your Netgear AC2400 in the address bar of your web browser. The address bar looks like this:
Press the Enter key on your keyboard. You should see a window pop up asking you for your Netgear AC2400 password.
Netgear AC2400 Default Username and Password
You need to know your username and password to login to your Netgear AC2400. It's possible that the router's password is still set to the factory default. Below is a list of all known Netgear AC2400 default usernames and passwords.

In the window that pops up, enter your username and password. Put your username and password in the appropriate boxes.

If you cannot get logged in to your router, here a few possible solutions you can try.
Netgear AC2400 Password Doesn't Work
Your router's factory default password might be different than what we have listed here. It doesn't hurt to try all of the other known Netgear passwords. We have an extensive list of all Netgear Passwords that you can try.
Forgot Password to Netgear AC2400 Router
If your ISP provided your router, then you may have to call them and ask them if they know how to login to your router. Sometimes they will have your password on file.

If you still cannot get logged in, then you are probably going to have to reset your router to its default settings. Your last option when you are unable to get logged in is to reset your router to factory default settings.
