Login To The Netgear CG3700EMR
To get started configuring the Netgear CG3700EMR WiFi settings you need to login to your router. If you are already logged in you can skip this step.

Find the WiFi Settings on the Netgear CG3700EMR
If you followed our login guide above then you should see this screen.
The wireless setup guide for the Netgear CG3700EMR router begins on the Home page. To start out, click the ADVANCED tab at the top of the page. From there, click Setup and then Wireless Setup.
Change the WiFi Settings on the Netgear CG3700EMR
On this new page, we will only be focusing in the section marked Wireless Network (2.4GHz b/g/n), so be sure to make your changes there.
Begin by deciding on a Name (SSID). This can be anything you like, however we strongly recommend avoiding any personal information due to security reasons. To learn more, take a look at our Wireless Names Guide.

Possible Problems when Changing your WiFi Settings
After making these changes to your router you will almost definitely have to reconnect any previously connected devices. This is usually done at the device itself and not at your computer.
