We have 2 O2 models in our database: the TG582n and TG585. Most of them use 192.168.1.254 as the default IP address. This page has the default IP address and login for each model we know of.
How to Log In to an O2 Router
- Connect a computer or phone to the router, with a network cable or over WiFi.
- Type http://192.168.1.254 into your browser's address bar. If nothing loads, try the other addresses in the table below.
- Sign in with the default username and password from the table below.

If the Default Login Doesn't Work
Someone has probably changed the password. Check the label on the router, then factory reset it: with the router on, hold the Reset button (often a pinhole, so use a paperclip) for about 10 to 30 seconds, then let go. That puts back the default login above, and also erases your WiFi and Internet settings. See How To Reset Your Router.
