We have one Shock model in our database, the 741A. It uses 10.0.0.2 as the default IP address, and the default login is admin / password. Its default settings are below.
How to Log In to the Shock 741A
- Connect a computer or phone to the router, with a network cable or over WiFi.
- Type http://10.0.0.2 into your browser's address bar. If nothing loads, see How To Find Your Router's IP Address.
- Sign in with the default username and password from the table below (admin / password for this model).
Default Shock IP Address
| Shock Model | IP Address |
| 741A | 10.0.0.2 |

| 741A | admin | password |
If the Default Login Doesn't Work
Someone has probably changed the password. Check the label on the router, then factory reset it: with the router on, hold the Reset button (often a pinhole, so use a paperclip) for about 10 to 30 seconds, then let go. That puts back the default login above, and also erases your WiFi and Internet settings. See How To Reset Your Router.
