They're made for Vodafone by Sercomm, Arcadyan, Huawei and Technicolor.

Default Vodafone Login Details
Most Vodafone routers are at http://192.168.1.1. The most common login is vodafone / the password on the label. Other models use vodafone / vodafone. See the Vodafone passwords and Vodafone IP address pages.
Most Vodafone devices are supplied by an Internet provider, so some settings may be locked, and a factory reset can remove the ISP's settings.
