Find Your AmpliFi HD Mesh Router IP Address
In order to login to the AmpliFi HD Mesh router, we need to know it's internal IP address.

You may have to try using a few different IP addresses from the list above. Just pick one and then follow the rest of this guide.
If you do not find your router's interface later in this guide, then try a different IP address. Keep trying different IP addresses until you find your router. It should be completely harmless to try different IP addresses.

Login to the AmpliFi HD Mesh Router
The AmpliFi HD Mesh is managed through a web-based interface. You need to use a web browser to manage it, such as Chrome, Edge, or Firefox.
Enter AmpliFi HD Mesh Internal IP Address
Put the internal IP Address of your AmpliFi HD Mesh in the address bar of your web browser. Your address bar should look something like this:
Press the Enter key on your keyboard. You will be prompted for your AmpliFi HD Mesh password.
AmpliFi HD Mesh Default Username and Password
In order to login to your AmpliFi HD Mesh you are going to need to know your username and password. If you are not sure what the username and password are, then perhaps they are still set to the factory defaults. Try all of the AmpliFi HD Mesh factory default usernames and passwords below.

Enter your username and password in the dialog box that pops up. You can try them all.

If your password is correct then you will be logged in and see the AmpliFi HD Mesh home screen, which looks like this:
If you see this screen, then congratulations, you are now logged in to your AmpliFi HD Mesh. Now you can follow any of our other guides for this router.
Solutions To AmpliFi HD Mesh Login Problems
If you cannot get logged in to your router, here a few possible solutions you can try.
AmpliFi HD Mesh Password Doesn't Work
Perhaps your router's default password is different than what we have listed here. Be sure to try other AmpliFi passwords. Here is our list of all AmpliFi Passwords.
Forgot Password to AmpliFi HD Mesh Router
If your Internet Service Provider supplied you with your router, then you might want to try giving them a call and see if they either know what your router's username and password are, or maybe they can reset it for you.
How to Reset the AmpliFi HD Mesh Router To Default Settings
The last option when you are unable to get logged in to your router is to reset it to the factory defaults. As a last resort, you can reset your router to factory defaults.
