Find Your Asus GT-AC2900 Router IP Address
In order to login to the Asus GT-AC2900 router, we need to know it's internal IP address.

You may have to try using a few different IP addresses from the list above. Just pick one and then follow the rest of this guide.
If the IP address you picked does not seem to work, then simply try a different one. I will not hurt anything to try different IP addresses.
If you try all of the above IP addresses and still cannot find your router, then try the following:

- Use our free software called Router Detector.

Login to the Asus GT-AC2900 Router
Your Asus GT-AC2900 is managed through a web-based interface. In order to log in to it, you need to use a web browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.
Enter Asus GT-AC2900 Internal IP Address
Find the address bar in your web browser and type in the internal IP address of your Asus GT-AC2900 router. The address bar will look like this:
Press the Enter key on your keyboard. You should see a window pop up asking you for your Asus GT-AC2900 password.
Asus GT-AC2900 Default Username and Password
You must know your Asus GT-AC2900 username and password in order to log in. It's possible that the router's password is still set to the factory default. Try all of the Asus GT-AC2900 factory default usernames and passwords below.

Enter your username and password in the dialog box that pops up. Put your username and password in the appropriate boxes.

After you get logged in you should see the Asus GT-AC2900 home screen, which looks like this:
