Find Your BSkyB Sky-Hub Router IP Address
Before you can log in to your BSkyB Sky-Hub router, you need to figure out it's internal IP address.

Start with the first IP address in the list and then follow the rest of this guide.
If later on in this guide you do not find your router using the IP address that you pick, then you can try different IP addresses until you get logged in. It should be completely harmless to try different IP addresses.
If you try all of the above IP addresses and still cannot find your router, then you can try one of the following steps:
- Follow our guide called Find Your Router's Internal IP Address.
- Use our free software called Router Detector.
After you find your router's internal IP Address, it is time to try logging in to it.

Login to the BSkyB Sky-Hub Router
The BSkyB Sky-Hub is managed through a web-based interface. You can manage it by using a web browser such as Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.
Enter BSkyB Sky-Hub Internal IP Address
Find the address bar in your web browser and type in the internal IP address of your BSkyB Sky-Hub router. Your address bar should look something like this:
Press the Enter key on your keyboard. You should see a window asking for your BSkyB Sky-Hub password.
BSkyB Sky-Hub Default Username and Password
You need to know your username and password to login to your BSkyB Sky-Hub. Just in case the router's username and password have never been changed, you may want to try the factory defaults. Below is a list of all known BSkyB Sky-Hub default usernames and passwords.

Enter your username and password in the dialog box that pops up. You can try them all.

If you see this screen, then good job, you are now logged in to your BSkyB Sky-Hub router. You are now ready to follow one of our other guides.
