Find Your BSkyB SR101 Router IP Address
The first thing that we need to know in order to login to the BSkyB SR101 router is it's internal IP address.

Start with the first IP address in the list and then follow the rest of this guide.
If you do not find your router's interface later in this guide, then try a different IP address. Keep trying different IP addresses until you find your router. It is harmless to try different IP addresses.
If, after trying all of the above IP addresses, you still cannot find your router, then try the following:

Choose an internal IP Address using one of the above methods and then try to login to your router.
Login to the BSkyB SR101 Router
Your BSkyB SR101 is managed through a web-based interface. In order to log in to it, you need to use a web browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.
Enter BSkyB SR101 Internal IP Address
Either copy/paste or type the internal IP address of your BSkyB SR101 router into the address bar of your web browser. The address bar looks like this:
Press the Enter key on your keyboard. You should see a window pop up asking you for your BSkyB SR101 password.
BSkyB SR101 Default Username and Password
You must know your BSkyB SR101 username and password in order to log in. Just in case the router's username and password have never been changed, you may want to try the factory defaults. Try all of the BSkyB SR101 factory default usernames and passwords below.

In the window that pops up, enter your username and password. Put your username and password in the appropriate boxes.

Once you are logged in you will see the BSkyB SR101 home screen, like this:
If you see this screen, then good job, you are now logged in to your BSkyB SR101 router. You are now ready to follow one of our other guides.
