Have you been trying to login to the Intelbras WRS240E router without success? It might be time to consider a reset. A reset like this one is not the same thing as a reboot. When you reboot a router you cycle the power to the unit. When you reset a router you take all the settings and return every one of them back to how they were when they left the factory.

Warning: Resetting this router is a big step and should be taken as such. We strongly recommend you exhaust your other options first. We also recommend creating a list of the possible settings you have changed during the lifetime of this router. Some of the more common settings that people change are:

  • The router's main username and password.
  • The WiFi username and password.
  • port forwards or IP addresses.
  • If this is a DSL router the ISP or Internet Service Provider's username and password are erased. You need to re-enter these to be able to connect to the Internet again.
