On this page I will show you how to properly reset the Iskratel Innbox V60U router back to the original factory defaults. This is not the same thing as a reboot. When you reboot a router you merely cycle the power to the router. When you reset the router you take all the settings and return every one of them back to factory defaults.
Warning: This reset is a big step and should not be taken lightly. We strongly recommend making a list of all the settings you have ever changed during the lifetime of this device. These settings will include:
- The router's main username and password.
- The Internet name and password.
- If this is a DSL router you need to re-enter the Internet Service Provider (ISP) username and password. Call your ISP for these details.
- All personal data you have changed on this device is erased and returned to factory defaults.

Reset the Iskratel Innbox V60U
Use a VPN Instead

Unfortunately we don't have an image of the reset button for you. Normally the reset button is found on the back panel. If you can't find it there look on the sides and bottom. It could be anywhere on the device. It will look more like a pinhole rather than a button.
Once you have found the reset button make sure the router is on. Take a straightened paperclip or other similar object and press down on the device for about 10 seconds. This begins the reset process which could take a couple of minutes to complete. If you don't hold the reset button down for long enough you might end up only rebooting the device instead of resetting it like you wanted.
Warning: DO NOT unplug or turn off the router during the reset process. Doing so could cause permanent damage to the router.
Remember a reset like this one erases every single setting you have ever changed on the device. We strongly recommend trying other troubleshooting methods before you continue.
Login to the Iskratel Innbox V60U
Once you've successfully reset your Iskratel Innbox V60U router you'll want to log into it. This is accomplished by using the factory default username and password. Not sure where you can find these? We have them listed for your use in our Login Guide.
Tip: If the defaults aren't logging you in it could be because the reset button wasn't held down for long enough.
Change Your Password
