Login To The Tenda W303R
To get started configuring the Tenda W303R WiFi settings you need to login to your router. If you are already logged in you can skip this step.

Find the WiFi Settings on the Tenda W303R
If you followed our login guide above then you should see this screen.
We begin this wireless setup guide on the Home page of the Tenda W303R router. Start off by clicking the Wireless tab at the top of the page. From here, be sure you're on the Wireless Basic Settings option.
Change the WiFi Settings on the Tenda W303R
You should now be on the page you see here.
Begin by deciding on a Primary SSID. This will be your wireless network name and can be anything you want. However, we strongly suggest avoiding any kind of personal information. To learn more, check out our Wireless Names Guide.
Now set the Channel to either 1, 6, or 11. To find out why these are the best options, read our WiFi Channels Guide.
When you're happy with these settings, click OK near the bottom of the page.
Now click Wireless Security in the left hand sidebar.
On this new page, start by choosing the SSID you just created from the box labeled Select SSID.
After that, open the drop down list marked Security Mode and select WPA2-PSK. This will provide you with the best security. Why? Take a look at our WEP vs. WPA Guide to find out.
Following that, be sure that the WPA Algorithms is set to AES(Recommended).
Finally, set a Security Key. This will be your network password, and can be whatever you like. However, a strong password consist of 14-20 characters and includes no personal information. For more helpful tips, see our Choosing a Strong Password Guide.
Congratulations! You're finished. Just don't forget to click OK before leaving the page.
Possible Problems when Changing your WiFi Settings
After making these changes to your router you will almost definitely have to reconnect any previously connected devices. This is usually done at the device itself and not at your computer.
