This guide shows you how to reset your Ubee DDW3650 router. This is a much bigger deal than a router reboot. Turning a router off and back on again causes a reboot. A Router Reset completely erases the router and returns it to factory settings.
Warning: Proceed with caution; resetting your router can be a major headache. The following settings in your router will be changed:
- The router's login credentials are reset.
- Your WiFi name and password are reset.
- Your ISP settings are reset, which means you will have to contact your ISP to get them back.
- Any firewall settings, parental controls, or port forwards that you have configured will be removed.
Resetting your router should be considered the last step. Make sure that you have tried to recover your router password using our Router Password Finder first.

Reset the Ubee DDW3650
There is usually a small reset button located on either the back or the bottom of a router. Most reset buttons look like this:
Yours may look slightly different, but they are usually tiny. Sometimes the reset button is under a pinhole on the back of the router, and you need a paper clip to push it.
Hold the reset button down for about 10 seconds while watching the lights on the front of your router. The lights on the front of the router should do something different when the reset happens. Do not worry about holding the button down too long; this is harmless.
Just don't forget that this will totally reset your Ubee DDW3650 router.
This last step should only be taken if you have tried everything else, such as using our Router Password Finder software, which can recover lost or forgotten router passwords.
Login to the Ubee DDW3650
Now that you have finished resetting your router, you need to log in using the default username and password from the factory. You can find all of the information that you need in our DDW3650 Login Guide.
