Actiontec makes DSL and fiber gateways for Internet providers. You'll find them at Verizon (MI424WR), CenturyLink (C1000A, C2000A, C3000A, PK5001A), Frontier, Windstream, Telus (T2200H, T3200M) and Bell Aliant FibreOP (R1000H, R3000). Most carry the ISP's name on the front, so check the label underneath for "Actiontec". These guides cover how to log in and reset the gateway.

ISP Settings
Your ISP sets up the gateway's Internet connection. A factory reset can remove those settings, and some ISPs lock parts of the interface. Many ISPs also let you change WiFi settings in their app.
