Find Your BT Home Hub 4r Router IP Address
We need to find your BT Home Hub 4r router's internal IP address before we can log in to it.

You may have to try using a few different IP addresses from the list above. Just pick one and then follow the rest of this guide.
If later on in this guide you do not find your router using the IP address that you pick, then you can try different IP addresses until you get logged in. I will not hurt anything to try different IP addresses.
If, after trying all of the above IP addresses, you still cannot find your router, then do one of the following:

Now that you have your router's internal IP Address, we are ready to login to it.
Login to the BT Home Hub 4r Router
The BT Home Hub 4r is managed through a web-based interface. In order to log in to it, you need to use a web browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.
Enter BT Home Hub 4r Internal IP Address
Type the internal IP address that you picked above in the address bar of your web browser. Your address bar should look something like this:
Press the Enter key on your keyboard. A window will show asking for your BT Home Hub 4r password.
BT Home Hub 4r Default Username and Password
You need to know your username and password to login to your BT Home Hub 4r. Just in case the router's username and password have never been changed, you may want to try the factory defaults. Try all of the BT Home Hub 4r factory default usernames and passwords below.
