Have you tried to login to the Enkom A1521-I router and can't? You may need to reset the Enkom A1521-I router back to the original factory defaults.

A reset like this one is not the same thing as a reboot. A reboot is a cycle in the power to the router. This is sometimes done to solve behavioral problems with the router. No settings are changed in a reboot. When you reset a router you take all the settings and return every one of them back to how they were when they left the factory.

Warning: Resetting a router like this is a big step and should not be taken lightly. We strongly recommend trying other methods of troubleshooting first. If after exhausting your other options you should make a list of all possible settings that will be changed such as:

  • The router's main username and password.
  • The wireless information such as name and password.
  • If this is a DSL router you need to re-enter the ISP or Internet Service Provider username and password. You'll need to call your ISP for the details.
  • If you have ever forwarded any ports or changed things like DNS settings or IP addresses, they will all be erased.

This can be anything you like, however keep in mind that a strong password is 14-20 characters in length and includes no personal information.
