If you need to reset your Goldweb GD-W910ND router back to factory settings, then this article shows you how. A router reset is very different than a router reboot. Turning a router off and back on again causes a reboot. This is different from a reset because a reset completely erases all settings from the router.
Warning: Since this erases everything you have done to the router, there are some things you need to consider first. A router reset will affect the following settings:
- The router's login and password are reset.
- Your WiFi login, password, and network name are reset.
- Your ISP settings are reset, which means you will have to contact your ISP to get them back.
- All port forwards, firewall settings, and parental controls that you have configured will be removed.
A router reset should be considered the last resort when you cannot log in to your router any other way. You should be sure that you have tried to at least recover your router password using our Router Password Finder before resorting to a router reset.

Reset the Goldweb GD-W910ND
You can usually find a small reset button on either the back or the bottom of a router. A typical reset button looks like this:
Yours may look slightly different, but they are usually tiny. Sometimes the reset button is under a pinhole on the back of the router, and you need a paper clip to push it.
Hold the reset button down for about 10 seconds while watching the lights on the front of your router. After a few seconds the lights should blink differently. When this happens, the reset is complete. It is harmless to hold the reset button too long.
Keep in mind that this will completely reset your Goldweb GD-W910ND router.
