Find Your SmartRG SR360n EarthLink Router IP Address
We need to find your SmartRG SR360n EarthLink router's internal IP address before we can log in to it.

You may have to try using a few different IP addresses from the list above. Just pick one and then follow the rest of this guide.
If later on in this guide you do not find your router using the IP address that you pick, then you can try different IP addresses until you get logged in. I will not hurt anything to try different IP addresses.
If, after trying all of the above IP addresses, you still cannot find your router, then do one of the following:
- Use our Find Your Router's Internal IP Address guide.
- Download and install our free Router Detector software.
Choose an internal IP Address using one of the above methods and then try to login to your router.
Login to the SmartRG SR360n EarthLink Router
The SmartRG SR360n EarthLink is managed through a web-based interface. You need to use a web browser to manage it, such as Chrome, Edge, or Firefox.
Enter SmartRG SR360n EarthLink Internal IP Address
Find the address bar in your web browser and type in the internal IP address of your SmartRG SR360n EarthLink router. Your address bar should look something like this:
Press the Enter key on your keyboard. You will be prompted for your SmartRG SR360n EarthLink password.
SmartRG SR360n EarthLink Default Username and Password
You must know your SmartRG SR360n EarthLink username and password in order to log in. It's possible that the router's password is still set to the factory default. Try all of the SmartRG SR360n EarthLink factory default usernames and passwords below.

In the window that pops up, enter your username and password. You should be able to try them all.
