Default Zhone Login Details
Zhone gateways are at http://192.168.1.1. The usual logins are admin / admin, user / user, or admin / zhone on ZNID fiber units. Many ISPs set their own password: for example, CCI uses admin / cciadmin. See the Zhone passwords and Zhone IP address pages.
ISP Settings
Your ISP manages the connection. A factory reset can remove settings that only the ISP can put back, so call them before you reset.
