Login To The ZTE ZXHN H298N DIGI

Find the WiFi Settings on the ZTE ZXHN H298N DIGI

The wireless setup guide for the ZTE ZXHN H298N DIGI router starts on the Status page. To begin configuring your wireless settings, click Network located in the left hand sidebar. After that, click WLAN and then SSID Settings below that.

Start off by opening the Choose SSID drop down list and selecting SSID1.

Make sure to click Submit before moving on.

Now click Security on the left hand side of the page.

On this new page, start by again opening the drop down menu marked Choose SSID and selecting the SSID you just created.

Now you need to set a WPA Passphrase. A strong passphrase can be difficult to come up with, however a good starting point is to keep it 14-20 characters in length and avoid any personal information. For more helpful tips, check out our Choosing a Strong Password Guide.

Finally, set the WPA Encryption Algorithm to AES.

Congratulations! That's all there is to it. Just make sure to click Submit before closing the page.

Possible Problems when Changing your WiFi Settings

After making these changes to your router you will almost definitely have to reconnect any previously connected devices. This is usually done at the device itself and not at your computer.
