You are now on the NAT Setting-Virtual Server page. First place a dot in the Yes choice of Enable Virtual Server.

Below this is a box labeled Virtual Server List. In the first drop down menu labeled Well-Known Applications choose User Defined.

Next enter the port number you want to forward into the Port Range and Local Port boxes.

In the box labeled Local IP enter the IP Address you are forwarding this port to. For instance if you are forwarding this port to run a program on your second computer, be sure to use that computer's IP Address.

Now we have the Protocol drop down menu. Use this menu to choose the type of protocol you want to use to forward these ports.

In the Description enter the name of the program you are forwarding this port for. It is not really important what you enter here, but it is advisable to enter something that helps you remember why you are forwarding this port.

You're almost there!

Click the Add button in the orange bar, then below click Apply if you have more to do or Finish if you are done.

That's it, you did it!
