This takes you to a page like the one you see above. In the first empty line place a check in the box labeled Enable.

Next to this is a box with the label of description. Enter the name of the program in this box. This is not crucial, it can be anything that will help you remember in the future why you are forwarding these ports.

Then enter the highest number of the range in the right box of both the Inbound Port and Private Port boxes.

Next, is the Type drop down menu. Use this menu to choose the type of protocol you want to use to forward these ports.

In the box labeled Private IP Address enter the IP address you are forwarding these ports to. For instance, if you are forwarding these ports to run a game on your computer, be sure to use that computer's IP address here.

Once you have finished all of the steps above, click the choice labeled Add and then Apply Changes. That's it, you're finished!
