If you have tried to login to the EnGenius ETR9350 router and are unable to do so you may need to reset the EnGenius ETR9350 router back to factory defaults.

A reset is not the same thing as a reboot. When I use the word reboot I am referring to a cycle in the power to the unit. When I use the word reset I am referring to a complete factory restore of all settings.

Warning: Resetting this router is a big step. Every single setting you have ever changed is going to be erased. Make a list of any settings you may of changed in the past such as:

  • The router's main username and password.
  • The WiFi information such as network name and password.
  • If this is a DSL router you need to re-enter the ISP (Internet Service Provider) username and password. Make sure to call your local ISP for the details.
  • Have you ever made any other changes to this device? How about port forwards or IP addresses?
