Find The Port Forwarding Section of the Belkin F5D7632-4

Once you have finished logging into the Belkin F5D7632-4 you begin on the Status page of this router. Click the choice on the left side of the page labeled Virtual Servers, which is directly under Firewall.

Configure the Port Forwarding section of your Belkin F5D7632-4

Now to forward a port, make the following changes:

This takes you to the correct page to forward a port. First enter the IP address you are forwarding these ports to in the box labeled LAN IP Address. For example if you are forwarding a port to run a program on your computer, use that computer's IP address in this box.

Next is the Description, enter the program name here, it is not crucial what you enter here, but it would be a good idea to make it something that will help you remember why you are forwarding these ports.

In the next box over is a drop down menu labeled Protocol Type. Use this menu to choose the type of protocol you are going to use to forward these ports.

If you are forwarding a single port, enter this port number in the box labeled LAN Port and again in Public Port. If you are forwarding a range of ports, enter the range in both of these boxes, use the format lowest to highest with a dash separating them such as 22-33.

Place a check in the box labeled Enable.

That's it, just click the Add button at the top of the page and then Apply Changes closer to the bottom.

Test if Your Ports are Open

Now that you have forwarded ports on the Belkin F5D7632-4 you should test to see if your ports are forwarded correctly.
