On this new page, first put a check in the box labeled Enable.

In the next box is the Description. Enter the name of the program in this box, it is not really important what you enter in this box, so long as it will remind you why you are forwarding these ports.

To the right of this is the Inbound port and Private port. If you are forwarding a single port, enter this number into both of these boxes, both Inbound port and Private port. If you are forwarding more than one in a range, enter this range in the Inbound port box and the Private port box. Make sure to enter them with the lowest number first, a dash, then the highest number.

The middle box is the Type. Use this drop down menu to choose the type of protocol you are going to use when forwarding these ports.

Under the Private IP address heading, enter the IP address you are forwarding these ports to. For example if you are forwarding these ports to run a program on your computer, be sure to use that computer's IP address here.

When you have finished all these steps, click the Add button at the top and the Apply Changes button.
