Under the Private IP address, enter the IP address you are forwarding these ports to, for example, if you are forwarding a range of ports to run a program on your computer, then you should use that computer's IP address here.

After you have finished all the previous steps, click the Add button, and the Apply Changes button.

That's it, you are finished!
