How to Reset the Belkin F5D8235-4

In this guide I will show you how to reset the Belkin F5D8235-4v2 router back to it's original factory defaults. There is confusion between the terms reset and reboot. Rebooting a router is simply restarting it in order to cycle the power to the device. Resetting a router is taking all the settings and returning them to how they were from the factory.

Warning: Every setting is potentially changed. Problems occur after a reset if you don't know what settings have been changed. We have created a partial list of items that are changed:
