How to Reset the Belkin F5D7234-4

In this guide we will show you how to reset the Belkin F5D7234-4v5 router back to factory defaults. This is not the same thing as a reboot. Rebooting a router is simply cycling it's power by turning it off and back on again. Resetting is reverting all settings back to how they were from the factory.

Warning: Resetting this router can cause problems for you if you don't know what settings change. I recommend creating a list of settings you know will change. In this list don't forget:

  • The WiFi information such as the SSID, password, and security method.
